Structural Steel Retrofit — Recycling Line
Challenge
An aging recycling line needed a new structural frame and equipment relocation without halting daily intake for more than the scheduled window.
Approach
We erected structural steel in phases around live operations, sequencing crane lifts during off-hours to keep the rest of the line running.
Outcome
The line was back online two days ahead of schedule with zero recordable incidents.
