Ram Feeder & Feed Table Rebuild
Challenge
A worn ram feeder and feed table were causing unplanned trips on the fuel handling line.
Approach
We fabricated and installed a full feed table replacement, rebuilt the ram feeder assembly, and re-timed the fuel delivery system.
Outcome
Two additional days were needed to correct an out-of-spec replacement part discovered mid-outage. The system was fully commissioned and fuel flow verified before restart.
